Ruben is an Operational Improvement Delivery Lead with Innovar and a 22+ year veteran of the telecommunication space with deep knowledge of Cable MSVP Operations. Ruben has spent most of his career in various leadership positions in a Fortune 500 Company. The majority of his tenure has been within an Ad Sales Operations arena leading teams ranging from Traffic & Billing, Engineering, Product Development, Project Management, Change Management, Vendor Management, CRM, and Strategy alignment.

Prior to joining Innovar Solutions, Ruben was the Regional Vice President of Operations for a fiber technology Start-up company. During his tenure, Ruben established an operations team and enhanced his client’s fiber technologies leveraging a proprietary patented process.

Ruben earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and served as a non-commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps.
