Operational Improvement Delivery Lead
Bari is an Operational Improvement Delivery Lead with 15 years of media industry experience. She has extensive experience with team leadership and training, local and national strategic planning, buy execution, data analysis, research, testing and optimizing for Cable, Broadcast, Radio, VOD and Streaming. At Innovar, Bari leads complex and cross-functional initiatives including all product development for our Inventory and Dynamic Pricing solutions.
Prior to joining Innovar, Bari served as Senior Marketing Manager of Offline Strategy & Analytics at Match.com, overseeing an $80 million annual budget for the US and Canada’s direct-to-consumer, subscription-based product lines. She also spent many years on the agency side in a leadership capacity with a wide range of category experience including retail, automotive, insurance, QSR, banking, spirits, CPG, co-ops and franchises. She has a passion for team leadership (cultivating greatness) and a collaborative and diplomatic problem-solving attitude. In all of the roles she has held, she has fostered strong relationships both internally with upper management, team members and direct reports, as well as externally with vendors and agencies.
Bari earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University in College Station.
