Michelle is an Operational Improvement Delivery Lead with 13 years of media industry experience. She has an agency background working across multiple client verticals and implementing multi-media campaigns. With a vast range of digital experience across platforms she provides understanding and insight into the ever-changing landscape. At Innovar, Michelle leads client management and product development for our Advanced Advertising product suite.

Prior to joining Innovar, Michelle was a Media Director at The Integer Group serving as a lead client contact responsible for crafting strategic media plans and recommendations across traditional and digital properties. She has category experience in wine and spirits, banking, lottery, CPG, retail, B2B, and QSR which facilitated expertise in local and national strategic planning, research, and analysis across Cable, Broadcast, Radio, Print, OOH, Digital, Mobile, Events, and Influencer Marketing. She has extensive experience cultivating strong relationships with team members, clients and vendors

Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Advertising degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX.
